Partners hold the resistance cords to the floor.Maximum benefits include increase in vertical jump, jumping endurance, strength of stabilizing muscles and aerobic conditioning.
The LEAP IT II can also be used to train a specific sports skill while resisted, e.g.; volleyball blocking, passing, spiking.
