The video divides drills into three categories: 1) technical, 2) tactical and 3) situational. It includes technical drills for arm swing, approach, blocker awareness, hitting away from the body line, high contact and the tip. Tactical drills include shot hitting, out-of-system hitting, quick hitting and slide hitting. A number of drills for calling audibles and overpass hitting are also included.
