Instructions for Downloading the Flash Player
To download the free Flash 4 player, locate your hardware and browser in the table below and follow the detailed instructions:

Hardware Browser Instructions
PC Netscape
  1. Click on the green "1: Get Flash" button. This will launch another window taking you to Macromedia's Flash Players Download Center.

  2. Click on the "Download Now" button to begin downloading the Flash player. (If you have Netscape's SmartDownload installed, you may skip to number 5.)

  3. Write down the name of the file you are downloading as it appears in the Save As... dialog box, or use the "Find..." command to locate the file for the next step.
Note for Windows 95 customers running Novell network software: The Novell software shortens the Shockwave Player Installer filename after you download it. For example, "Shockwave Installer.exe" will become "!Shockwa~.exe". The Shockwave Player Installer still works with this shorter filename.

  4. Quit your browser and double-click the Shockwave Player Installer icon. Choose the Shockwave Player-compatible browser you want to install Shockwave into and click Continue. The installer relaunches your browser and opens to Macromedia's Shockwave and Flash Players Download Center to complete the installation.

  5. Click through any dialog boxes that appear.

  6. When both the Flash Player movies begin playing, your Shockwave Player installation is successful.

  7. You may close any additional browser windows that were opened and return to the original VolleyHut.com window.

  8. Click on the "2: Refresh Plugins" button.

  9. Click on the "3: Go to Flash Version" button to be taken to our Flash version.

  4. Quit your browser and double-click the Shockwave Player Installer icon. Choose the Shockwave Player-compatible browser you want to install Shockwave into and click Continue. Safe Downloads
Legitimate companies place digital signatures on their programs to show that the programs came from their company and not just someone using the same name. Companies purchase digital signatures from third parties called certificate authorities. When you receive a popup window asking whether or not you want to install and run the Flash player, you'll see the following statement:

"Publisher authenticity verified by VeriSign Commercial Software Publishers CA. Macromedia, Inc. asserts that this content is safe."

At the bottom of the window, you'll be given the option of viewing more info. Here, it tells you that the program is signed and considered valid.
